Terms of Service

Welcome to Kalos Imago Creative. These Terms of Service govern your purchase of services and rental of equipment from Kalos Imago Creative. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Kalos Imago Creative provides luxury experiential design, event installations, and premium party rentals. Our services include design consultation, equipment delivery, setup, and removal (strike) as specified in your individual service agreement.

2. Quotes and Bookings

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required non-refundable retainer fee. Availability is not guaranteed until the retainer is paid.

3. Payments and Fees

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Late payments may result in the cancellation of services or additional late fees.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Any requests for changes to the order must be submitted in writing at least 21 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full contract price will be due.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows for the requested installations, obtaining all necessary permits, and providing clear access for delivery and strike. The Client assumes all risk for loss or damage to rental equipment while in their possession. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

6. Photo and Content Release

Kalos Imago Creative reserves the right to use photographs and videos of the event installations for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and concepts developed by Kalos Imago Creative remain our exclusive intellectual property. They are provided for the Client's specific event only and may not be reproduced or used for other purposes without express written consent.

8. Liability Limitations

Kalos Imago Creative's total liability for any claim arising out of local services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the service agreement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, or pandemics.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the respective jurisdiction.
